What is ClariQ?
ClariQ is the deterministic DeFi risk engine — vault risk scores with inspectable evidence trails, built to embed in wallets, exchanges, and fintech Earn products via API.
Is ClariQ an AI that grades vaults?
No. AI helps find candidate facts; analysts verify them; fixed, versioned rules produce the score. Same facts in, same score out — the model never writes the number.
How does the risk score work?
Scores run from 1.0 (lower risk) to 5.0 (higher risk) across eight dimensions — technical, financial, operational, systemic, complexity, frontend, legal, and chain — plus kill switches that can floor a score when critical issues trip.
What if a fact is missing?
The score shows pending. ClariQ never removes or makes up any qualitative facts (such as timelocks or admin controls). An unverified fact stays out of the number until it is confirmed against its source.
Can a protocol pay for a better score?
No. Protocols cannot pay for their own scores. Our customers are the businesses that rely on the scores — never the protocols being rated.
What is the Terminal / dashboard?
Not a separate product. It is a live demonstration of the same risk engine partners license — open scores and evidence so you can evaluate the engine before you embed it via API.

Is the Terminal free?
Yes during beta — as an evaluation surface for the risk engine. Production API pricing is requirement-specific.
How does pricing work?
Pricing is an assessment of customer needs and integration requirements — not a one-size public rate card. Public vault ratings keep a free tier.
Is this investment advice?
No. ClariQ provides informational risk analytics to businesses — not investment, financial, or legal advice. Scores are impersonal and based on verified evidence available at scoring time; they cannot guarantee outcomes.
Do you take my keys or move funds?
No. Terminal wallet connections are read-only. We never request private keys or signing permissions for transfers.
Can I reproduce a score?
Yes. Every response carries the engine version and a facts snapshot hash so you can re-run the math from verified facts — not take our word for it.
Who is ClariQ for?
